Booking terms and cancellation policy

1. Booking an appointment

Choose your treatment, therapist and time, then enter your name, email address and phone number. All fields in the booking form are required except the promotional code.

For online bookings, pay a £10 deposit securely online through SumUp. The balance can be paid by cash or card at the venue. Online card payments are taken by SumUp; this website never sees or stores your card details. An appointment paid for online is held for 15 minutes while the payment completes.

You receive a confirmation email when the appointment is secured. If you do not receive one, please call us to check the booking was recorded.

2. Cancelling or changing your appointment

Please give us as much notice as you can, and at least 2 hours before your appointment time. Call 07387 769945 — a call is the quickest way to change or cancel, and it frees the time for someone else.

For an online booking, cancellation at least two hours before the appointment is eligible for a refund of the online payment. If you cancel less than two hours before the appointment or do not attend, the online payment is not refundable.

Any refund of a card payment is made back to the original payment method through SumUp. Refunds are handled separately from cancelling, so please allow a few working days.

3. Arriving late

If you arrive late we will do everything we can, but your treatment may finish at the time originally booked so the following client is not delayed.

4. Health and wellbeing

Please telephone us before booking if you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, are receiving treatment for an injury or illness, or have any medical condition that might affect your treatment.

Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, medication or allergies before your treatment starts. Your therapist may adjust or decline a treatment where it would not be safe.

5. Payment

Prices are shown at the time of booking and include any discount applied. Discounts are checked again when the appointment is secured, so the price you are asked to pay is the one in force at that moment.

6. Your details

We use your name, email address and phone number to confirm your appointment, to remind you of it, and to contact you if something changes. We do not sell your details or share them for other businesses’ advertising.

You can separately choose to receive Chantara offers and news by email. Marketing is optional and you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop booking confirmations or reminders.

Ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, or to correct or delete them.
